Returns Policy
Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in resalable condition and returned with all original packaging, components, accessories, manuals, and other materials included with the original shipment.
All approved standard returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Products that have been used, damaged, altered, modified, or returned without the original packaging or components may not be eligible for return.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us before returning it. These issues are handled separately from standard returns and may be covered under our warranty. For warranty claims, Red Nova Lights may provide replacement parts or components for customer installation when appropriate rather than requiring the entire unit to be returned.
To request a return, please fill out the contact form on our website or email us at info@rednovalights.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Do not ship a product back until you have received return authorization and instructions from Red Nova Lights.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund to the original payment method.
Shipping
In-stock orders placed by 12:00 PM (Noon ET) typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after noon typically ship the next business day. Orders are generally processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Available shipping methods, applicable shipping charges, and estimated delivery options are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the applicable shipping carrier and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Red Nova Lights does not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A valid physical delivery address is required.
